This so true, if you rally wants to change your life, you can! This is story of 29 yeas old girl Harshi Suraweera’, who lives in Melbourne. She is originally from SriLanka. That was the life changing moment for her, When Harshi Suraweera’s friend uploaded a photo of them together on Facebook she was not prepared for the backlash that followed.
People Ms Suraweera didn’t even know were commenting on her weight, and it was then that she decided to make a change. The 29-year-old, lost an incredible 42 kilograms in the first 10 months, and told Daily Mail Australia her transformation took her from 107 kilograms to 64 kilos.
According to Harshi, she started her weight loss journey by doing intensive cardio. She initially started going to the gym 4 days a week then increased it to 6 days a week. She also did a lot of HIIT sessions as well to burn the weight off.
She started eating healthy organic foods, avoided all sugar and carbohydrates.Stayed away from processed foods and all takeaway foods as well. She said “My motivation was to change the way I looked and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. But as I continually pushed myself, the results I saw within myself was my biggest motivation in achieving my goals.”
Her role model is Michelle Lewin. It took her 10 months to get slim figure but she wasn’t tone, so she started training weights to tone her body and increase her strength.
